Need a break, a drink, or a map?  Stop by our Travel Information Center located at the corner of US81 & 6th St.!  Just look for the blue sign.

Tour Arrangements:

Whether you are coming alone or bringing a group we are happy to help you plan your trip to Cloud County.  There is so much to see and do we will help you organize your day to make the most of your time.  We will greet your group with a Welcome Bag and either stay and assist you during the day or leave you to tour alone, your choice.

 Need help planning an event?

 

Not sure how to organize that large sporting event, family reunion, class reunion or organization meeting?  Need something  for your attendees to do during the “down time”?  Or, do you need a little help in making sure you’ve covered everything?  No Problem! We are here to help. 

 

Programs for Meetings

Need a program for a meeting?  We would love to come tell your group about upcoming events and interesting attractions in Cloud County.  We also have several fun “topic” programs including Susie’s “Apron Lady” program.  Call or email us with your request.

Sound Systems, Tables & Chairs

So you want to host an event, program, or fundraiser and need a few tables or PA System.  We can help!  We have two nice PA Systems, tables, and chairs that we loan out at no charge.  A $25 deposit is required, which is refunded upon return of the equipment in good working condition.  Call or email us for more information or to reserve these items for your event.
