SUMMARY:FertilityCare Practitioner Education Program EPI
DESCRIPTION:The Salina Diocese Natural Family Planning Office is excited to announce our 2025 FertilityCare Practitioner Education Program for educating and training new FertilityCare Practitioners to provide instruction in the Creighton Model FertilityCare System.This 13-month program includes two on-site Education Phases\, two Supervised Practicum\, and an on-site visit with a faculty supervisor.\nThe Education Program begins with Education Phase I which will take place in two parts:October 9-12\, 2025 and October 16-19 2025\, both in Concordia\, KS.\nStudents will return for Education Phase II which will also take place in two parts:April 9-12\, 2026 and April 17-19\, 2026\, both in Concordia\, KS.\n\nScholarships for tuition and fees are available from the Diocesan NFP office for those committed to teaching in the Salina Diocese.\nThose interested in learning more may also contact Lindy Meyer\, Program Director at 785.614.0831 or lindy.meyer@salinadiocese.org.\nVisit https://salinafertilitycare.org/education-program for more information.
