Church musicians from across Cloud County will perform\, as well as performing groups from Cloud County Community College\, and USD 333. \nIn lieu of tickets for Vespers\, a love offering will be accepted to support both the CMA and the Brown Grand. DESCRIPTION:The Concordia Tourism Partners are back again to bring you Deck the Halls! This annual event has been so much fun that we’re continuing the tradition. This year\, we’re adding a fun new twist on our theme! Deck the Halls Holiday Market.\nHoliday Markets are a big deal in European cities\, so we thought it would be fun to bring that experience to our hometown. Tourism Partners will be hosting hand-picked vendors for one day only. Think Farmers Market / Pop Up Shop scattered around town.\nAs always\, each of the Attractions will offer FREE tours from 9am – 1pm.n (Feel free to offer a donation.) There will be shopping\, kids activities\, photo booths\, refreshments\, and a chance to enter into a drawing for $100 in Chamber Bucks from the Concordia Chamber of Commerce at each location.\n\nHere is the list of participating Tourism Partners and what they will have at their locations:\n\nCloud County Tourism & WWII German POW Camp Concordia at The Whole Wall Mural: Co-hosting vendors\, Blind Date with a Book\, Entrenched Oasis\, and baked goods and trinkets by Susie\, Michelle\, & Barbara. There will be light refreshments\, photo backdrop\, a kid’s activity\, and a scale model of POW Camp Concordia to view.\n\nCloud County Historical Society Museum:  Vendors\, treats\, photo booths\, kids activities and craft\, and free tours.\n\nNational Orphan Train Complex: Lori Halfhide vendor\, treats\, a craft\, and free tours.\n\nBrown Grand Theatre & Broadway Plaza with Concordia Jr. Sr. High CTE: Co-hosting vendors The Flower Gallery\, The Crafty Farmers\, Cece’s Custom Cakes\, Jaded Ink Designs\, Bricen Benyshek\, Concordia CTE\, self-guided tours\, snacks\, and a free gift for kids.\n\nSisters of St. Joseph of Concordia Nazareth Motherhouse: SANTA!! Come take a photo with Santa and let him know what’s on your wish list this year. Hope you’ve been good! Their gift shop will also be open.\n\nFrank Carlson Library: Kid vendors\, card making\, gift wrapping\, and envelope addressing.\n\nConcordia Chamber of Commerce: Hosting vendor Vintage\, Inc. and sponsoring the $100 Chamber Bucks drawing.\n\nThe Inn at 210 & Concordia Jr. Sr. High CTE: Hosting vendors Concordia CTE\, Teresa Champlin\, Gena Kearn Studios\, & Amy Eshbaugh.\n\nWarehouse 315: Will have a kids craft\, sign up for giveaways\, and light snacks.\n\nThe Break Pad: Cute giveaways and tours available.\n\nConcordia Broadway Plaza will be set up at the Brown Grand BUT there will be 2 food trucks available\, PoDunk BBQ and The Burger Club.\n\nNon-Tourism Partners participants –\nP.E.O. EV Chapter will have hats\, scarves\, and gloves tied to the fence at Broadway Plaza.\nConcordia First United Methodist Church has their annual Cookie Day at the church.\nLong Stem Gardens will have a Make Your Own Bud Club: Holiday Edition and an in-store scavenger hunt.

Unable to shake the feeling that he doesn’t fit in\, Buddy travels to New York City\, in full elf uniform\, in search of his real father. Buddy meets Walter Hobbs\, a cynical businessman. After a DNA test proves that Walter is Buddy’s father\, Walter reluctantly attempts to start a relationship with childlike Buddy with increasingly chaotic results. “Elf” is rated PG. \nThe Winter Movie Series is free and open to the public. However\, we are encouraging donations to help support the Brown Grand. Concessions will also be available for purchase. The Winter Movie Series is generously sponsored by the Cloud County Chemical Dependency Committee. This is a family-friendly\, chemical-free event.
