The Concordia 1^st UMC 13^th annual Change the World Project will take place on Sunday, May 5^th.  Breakfast will be served from 8:30-9:00 am at Concordia 1^st UMC (740 W 11th St – across from CCHC), followed by a brief church service from 9:00-9:30 am.  Volunteers of all ages will form groups to complete projects around Concordia, including: preparing downtown planters for flowers, painting shelter houses at City Park, planting flowers in the butterfly garden at City Park, preparing and delivering May baskets, and performing Random Acts of Kindness from 9:30 am – 12:00 pm.  Lunch will be served at the church from 12:00 – 1:00 pm.  Everyone is welcome to participate – contact the church office at 785-243-4560 or go to www.concordiafumc.com/home/missions/upcoming-missions-events for more details!
